style For Authors

The following guidelines are designed to optimize the publication of your work. The electronic version of a manuscript should be submitted to the editor in-chief or executive manager by website in doc or docx files. Files and accompanying documents should be compressed in one archive. Authors should include up to five Key words for their article.

 Title Page

  • The title page should include:
  • The name(s) of the author(s)
  • A concise and informative title
  • The affiliation(s) and address(es) of the author(s)
  • The e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers of the corresponding author.


Abstract and Key words


  • Authors should include up to five Key words for their article.
  • The Abstract should not exceed 250 words and it should contain brief summary of findings and conclusions of the study.

Text Formatting

  • Manuscripts should be submitted in Word.
  • Use a normal, plain font (e.g., 12-point Times Roman) for text.
  • Use 1.5 lines spacing throughout the text.
  • The margins should be 2.54cm (1 inch) in all sides.
  • Use the automatic page numbering function to number the page. The page number should be consecutively on the bottom of the page.
  • Save your file in docx format (Word 2007) or doc format (older Word versions).
  • Units of measurement for text should be metric system which no space between numerical value and unit symbols.
  • The complete scientific names (genus, species, and authority), and cultivar or strain should be given for every organism when first mentioned.
